PUBALI BANK FIRST MUTUAL FUND
AIMS of Bangladesh Limited is the designated Asset Manager & Investment Advisor of the proposed Pubali Bank First Mutual Fund sponsored by Pubali Bank Limited (PBL), one of the oldest and reputed private listed bank in Bangladesh. As the Sponsor, PBL will contribute 20% that is TK200 million out of the total fund of the TK1,000 million and the balance amount will be raised through Pre-IPO & IPO for the first Scheme. It would be a close-end Scheme (Tenure: 10 years) and would therefore be listed on the local stock exchanges. The general public will have an opportunity to subscribe during the IPO where there would be a quota for Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) and SEC registered Mutual Funds. It is expected to be launched in the current financial year of 2009-10.

The Prospectus and Application forms of the Pubali Bank First Mutual Fund would be made available as and when consent from SEC is sought and received.
